NOTICE: Exhibitor registration has reached the booth limit. You may still register and be put on a waiting list but you will not be guaranteed a booth. No payment will be required until you have been assigned a booth.

 

Exhibitor Information

With a $750 booth registration fee, exhibitors will receive:

  • 8 ft. by 8 ft. booth and back draping
  • 6 ft. table and 2 chairs
  • Wireless internet
  • Listing in the exhibitor map
  • 2 registrations for the event

Booths will be assigned by MAMA on a first come, first serve basis. Exhibitors will be notified by email of their booth assignment prior to the conference.

Booth space is limited so reserve early.

Booth setup:       Begins at 2:00 pm on October 6, 2010
Booth teardown:  After 1:00 pm on October 8, 2010, following the closing general session

Once these 10 booths have been filled by members, exhibitors for that association will be placed on a waiting list until all associations have been allowed time to fill their 10 booth limit.
